Project Manager, Customer Success
Location: Palo Alto, CA
We’re looking for an energetic and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team of innovators, and help our customers get the most out of our unique cloud-based Social Web careers platform (www.find.ly).
We’re looking for someone who has a passion for creating and leveraging new products and technologies, and a particular interest in the very latest advances and trends in Social Web technology.
You must be smart and ready to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and social environment to help us create raving fans in a rapidly evolving space.
Responsibilities
- Work with C-level leadership and the Customer Success Team to manage the planning, resources, deployment, integration and successful delivery of our Social Web offering to key F1000 customers and strategic partners
- Gather client feedback, decipher processes and requirements and help translate to technical and product managers to deliver functional requirements
- Advocate key client views concerning our overall product roadmap
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Manager or Business Analyst at an internet-based software company
- Strong background in Business Analysis / requirements gathering and project management
- Strong knowledge of internet technologies and complete understanding of all phases of online product development
- Experience developing requirements / specifications for complex, high-traffic web applications
- Strong knowledge of customer-focused design and usability principles
- Have worked in an agile software development environment
- Proven business analysis skills
- Highly organized, articulate and detail oriented. Focused on delivering accurate and complete documentation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player
