We’re looking for an energetic and highly motivated Technical Product Manager to help customers get the most out of our unique solution. You must be smart and ready to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment to help us create raving fans in a rapidly-evolving space.
You will need the technical skills required to deliver detailed documentation and specifications for our development team, an analytical approach to agile development, and should be comfortable talking to lead clients.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with CTO and Client Success Team to evolve concepts from client, market and sales feedback
- Translate concepts and deliver detailed technical requirements working alongside the design and development teams
- Interface with Quality Assurance Team to understand and help deliver test plans
- Work with Project Managers on key accounts, attend product meetings
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Manager or Business Analyst at an internet-based software company
- Strong knowledge of internet technologies and complete understanding of all phases of online product development
- Experience developing requirements / specifications for complex, high-traffic web applications
- Strong knowledge of customer-focused design and usability principles
- Have worked in an agile software development environment
- Proven business analysis skills
- Highly organized, articulate and detail oriented. Focused on delivering accurate and complete documentation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player
